Hope everyone enjoyed the windy day yesterday and told their mothers how special they are to them ;)

Take the Moms For Mouth Guards pledge at momsformouthguards.org: a promise that your children will wear mouth guards and other appropriate safety gear during practices and games.  As signatures are collected, the AAO will donate to the National Alliance of Youth Sports, which will provide free mouth guards to young athletes in need. Check out AAO’s Sports Safety web site, with info about sports safety and mouth guards.  Feel free to come in for a consult with about the kind of mouth guard that your children should wear while wearing braces.

Don’t forget to wear your mouthguards! ;)
